If you find yourself on 100 Feet Road in Kothamangalam, you’ll likely pass by our place at number 54. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a while now, making various food products. It’s a busy road, so there’s always noise from the buses and bikes passing by. Inside, things are usually humming along with the sounds of packing and the smell of whatever we’re preparing that day. We started out small and we’ve stayed pretty much the same size over the years. We aren't trying to be some giant factory; we just like making things people can use in their kitchens. The kitchen area is where the real work happens, and it can get quite hot in there during the summer months. We all pitch in with the cleaning and the packing because there aren't many of us here. Sometimes the labels don't go on perfectly straight, but the food inside is what matters most. We spend our mornings getting everything ready and our afternoons sending out the orders. It’s a simple routine, but it keeps us busy. We don't have a fancy showroom or a big sign. Most people know us just by the address or from hearing about us from their neighbors. It’s a practical way to run things, and it works for us. We just focus on keeping things steady and making sure our regulars are happy with what they get.
