We are located out at Block No. 32 in the Kinfra Small Industries Park. Crust 'N' Crumb Food Ingredients P Ltd is basically a place where we deal with all the stuff that goes into baking. If you walk into our unit, you’ll see bags of ingredients everywhere and hear the sound of the mixers or the packing machines. Working in an industrial park like Kinfra means we are surrounded by other small businesses, which is nice because everyone is just trying to make a living. It’s dusty work sometimes, dealing with flour and powders all day, but it’s what we do. We don't spend much time on fancy marketing; we’re too busy making sure the ratios are right and the shipments are going to the right bakeries. The office part of the building is pretty small because most of the space is needed for the actual ingredients. We have a few people who have been here since we started, and we’ve all learned how to handle the machinery. Sometimes things break down and we have to spend the afternoon fixing a conveyor belt, but that's just part of the job. It's a practical environment. We don't have polished floors or air conditioning in every corner. We just focus on getting the food ingredients out to the people who need them.
