Our office is located at Thekkumtharayil in the Kuzhimattom area of Chingavanam, Kottayam. It’s a very green part of Kerala, and we like being situated here. The building we are in is simple and easy to spot once you get into the neighborhood. We aren't a big, cold institution. Most of the people working here grew up nearby or have lived in Kottayam for a long time. When you walk in, you’ll see we have a pretty basic setup. There are counters for service and a few benches for waiting. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find fancy gadgets or modern art. We just have what we need to do our jobs. We help people with their financial needs, whether it’s gold or other small loans. It’s regular, everyday work. We know that for many people, coming here is a big deal, so we try to keep things calm and straightforward. We don't use any confusing language. If someone has a question, we just answer it. The pace is a bit slower here than in the big cities, which we appreciate. We spend our days processing papers and chatting with the locals who come through. It’s a steady rhythm. We’ve been a part of the 686533 area for years and we’ve become a familiar sight on the road. We just keep our heads down and do our work.
