Kairali Food Products

Our little kitchen is tucked away in Pazhayakada, which is part of the Thirupuram area. Kairali Food Products is basically what we do every day to keep the lights on. We spend a lot of time dealing with ingredients and making sure things are prepared the way they should be. It’s a lot of manual work, honestly. We’re often up before the sun to get the first batches started. The air around here usually smells like whatever we are cooking that day. We don’t use any massive machines or fancy tech; it’s mostly just us using our hands and the tools we’ve had for years. It gets pretty hot in the workspace, especially during the summer months, but we’re used to it by now. People from around Thirupuram know where to find us if they need something fresh. We don’t do much advertising or anything like that. Word of mouth seems to work well enough for a place like ours. We just want to make sure the food we put out is decent and fills a need. Sometimes the delivery truck is late or we run out of a certain spice, but we manage. It’s a humble way to make a living, but we take a bit of pride in what we do. It’s just a small local operation, nothing more and nothing less. We keep our heads down and stay focused on the work.
