Iq Solutions is tucked away in room 321 of Regent Plaza over here in Kottayam. It’s a pretty standard office building, and we’ve been here for a good while now. Most people come to us when they have a problem they can’t figure out on their own, usually something to do with their business systems or some technical glitch that’s slowing them down. We aren’t a huge team with suits and ties. We’re just regular people who happened to get good at fixing these kinds of things. Some days are quiet and we just catch up on paperwork, but other days it feels like the phone never stops ringing. We try to be practical about everything. There is no point in suggesting something expensive if a simple fix will do the trick. That’s how we’ve always handled things. You can find us easily enough if you know where the plaza is. We usually have some tea going and a lot of papers scattered around the desks. It isn't the most organized-looking place, but we know where everything is. People in Kottayam seem to appreciate that we don't put on an act. We just listen to what’s wrong and see if we can help. Sometimes we can, sometimes it takes a bit of digging. We’ve had some long nights in this office, but seeing a project finally work out makes it worth the effort. It’s just what we do here every day and we like it.
