We are based in the Puthanpurakkal Buildings on Mallappally Road in Karukachal. It’s a solid building and easy to find if you’re driving through town. We focus on security systems, so our shop is full of cameras, sensors, and rolls of wire. It’s a local business. We’ve been here in Karukachal for some time, and we know many of the shop owners and residents around. People come to us when they want to put in cameras or if their old system isn't recording properly. We don't have a big marketing budget or a team of salespeople. We just explain how the equipment works and then go out and install it. The workspace can get a bit messy when we’re testing a new batch of cameras, with monitors everywhere showing different angles of the room. We drink a lot of coffee and try to keep up with the new models coming out. It’s a practical job. We spend a lot of time on ladders or crawling through crawlspaces to run wires. It’s not the easiest work, but we’re used to it. We just aim to get the systems working so people can feel better about their property. We stay open until the evening most days, unless we’re out on a long installation job. The road outside gets busy on market days, which brings in people asking about door locks or buzzers. We just show them what we have on the shelf. It’s a simple way to run a business.
