B & B Associates

We are situated on the top floor of the Vilangapara Building. It is a good spot on KSRTC Road, especially because we are right near DC Books. If you know the area, you know how loud the buses can be when they are pulling into the station. You can hear the engines and the conductors shouting from our window. Being on the top floor gives us a little bit of distance from the street noise, but not much. B & B Associates is mostly just a place filled with stacks of files and heavy wooden desks. We spend our hours reading through papers and talking to clients who come up the stairs. The stairs are a bit steep, so people usually arrive a little out of breath. We have a small balcony area where we keep some potted plants that are struggling a bit in the heat. It is a very normal, local office. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls, just some calendars and a clock that ticks a bit too loudly. The vibe is quiet except for the buses outside. We have been here for a long time, and the building has become like a second home to us. It is just a place where we do our daily work and watch the traffic move along KSRTC Road. We don't need anything more than our desks and our files to get through the day.
