Technogogues It Solution Pvt. Ltd. is located over at 277-A Namrata Awas, right near the Police Line. It’s a fairly quiet area compared to the city center, which we appreciate when we’re trying to focus on code or server issues. The office is inside a residential-style building, so it feels more like a home than a sterile workplace. We’ve got a few rooms set up with our gear and plenty of power strips running across the floors. It’s not the most organized-looking place, but it works for what we do. We are just a small group of tech people who ended up working together. Most of our days involve staring at monitors and trying to figure out why something isn't connecting right. We drink a lot of tea and talk about whatever shows we're watching when we take breaks. Being near the Police Line makes it easy to give directions to people who haven't been here before. We don't really have a big reception desk or anything like that. If someone knocks, one of us just gets up and opens the door. It’s a casual environment. We prefer it that way because it takes the pressure off. We just focus on the IT tasks at hand and try to make sure we don't miss any deadlines. It’s a simple setup but it serves us well enough for the work we do every day.
