Jayant Computers

If you go down to Shopping Centre 284, you'll find us there. Jayant Computers has been in this unit for quite some time now. It’s a small shop, mostly filled with parts and boxes that we haven't gotten around to throwing away yet. The lighting isn't the best, but we know where everything is kept. People come in with laptops that won't turn on or printers that are making weird noises. We just take a look and see what can be done. It's not a complicated business. We don't use big words to explain things because we don't see the point. Most of our day is spent at the workbench. The shopping centre gets busy on weekends, so those are usually our longest days. We have a regular crowd of customers who stop by just to say hello or ask a quick question. It’s a bit of a squeeze when more than three people are in the shop at once. We've got a small fan that runs all day to keep the place from getting too stuffy. Sometimes we lose track of time when we're deep into a repair. It's just a regular local shop at 284. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to fix what's in front of us. The rent keeps going up, but we like the location too much to move. It feels like home after all these years. We try to stay open until everyone is helped.
