Taleem International

Taleem International is based over at 23-B Waqf Nagar. It’s a local neighborhood, and our place is right in the middle of it. We focus on education and training, so our day is mostly filled with students and teachers coming through the doors. It’s a modest setup, nothing too flashy. We have a few rooms set up for classes and an office where we handle all the administrative bits. Waqf Nagar is a fairly quiet area, which helps when people are trying to study. We spend a lot of time talking to parents and students about what they want to achieve. It’s not always easy, as everyone has different needs, but we do our best to accommodate them. Our furniture is functional, and the walls are mostly covered with notices and educational charts. Sometimes we run out of chalk or the markers go dry right when we need them, but that’s just how it goes in a busy school environment. We’ve been here for a while, so most of the neighbors know us. We aren't trying to be some massive international corporation; we are just a local center trying to provide some decent learning opportunities. The evenings are usually our busiest time when the older students come in after their regular school or work. It’s a steady, meaningful way to spend the day. There is always someone asking for a pen.
