S N Pareek Memorial Hospital & Research Centre

We are situated at 03 Rangbari Road in Basant Vihar. We are quite close to the Kota Blood Bank, which is a major landmark for anyone trying to find us. This place is a memorial hospital and also a research centre, so we have a bit of a mix of things happening. On one side, we have the regular patients coming in for treatment, and on the other, there is more quiet work going on. The halls are long and sometimes have a bit of an echo. In the Basant Vihar area, we see a lot of people from the nearby houses and businesses. Our staff is a mix of doctors who have been here forever and younger people just starting out. The waiting rooms have rows of plastic chairs and there is usually a queue at the registration window. We try to keep things moving as best as we can, but a hospital of this size always has its busy spells. You can see the research side of things in some of the specialized rooms we have tucked away. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations on the walls, just the necessary information and some signs to help people find the right department. Outside on Rangbari Road, the traffic is usually heavy, but once you are inside, we focus on the work at hand. It’s a lot of managing schedules and making sure the labs are running right. It’s hard work, but we are used to the routine.
