Even though the name mentions New Delhi, our actual spot is here in Kota, Rajasthan. We are situated in the 324005 zip code area. It’s a bit of a distance from the main capital, but we handle things locally for the people around here. Kota is known for many things, mostly the students and the heat, and our office is right in the middle of it all. We spend most of our time dealing with the administrative side of things and making sure everything runs okay for the medical side. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a functional space where we show up every morning. We have some desks, some old filing cabinets, and a lot of papers to get through. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, which is just part of living in Rajasthan, so we keep some fans going when we can. We aren't trying to be some big corporate entity; we are just a group of people working together in this office. The pace can be slow one day and then completely crazy the next. We eat our lunch together usually and talk about whatever is happening in the news or the local markets. It’s a very normal environment. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything, just us answering the phones and keeping the records straight for the hospital branch. It is a simple job in a simple city and we just keep it moving.
