The neighborhood has a lot of energy, though we’re usually too busy to notice most of it. We don't have a big HR department or a PR person writing our stories. It’s just us. We’ve been in this building for a while now, and we’ve learned how to deal with the occasional power cut or the noise from the street. It’s a very local operation. We like being in Mahaveer Nagar because everything we need is close by. We aren’t trying to be the biggest company out there, just one that shows up every day and does the work that needs doing. We focus on the daily tasks and hope for the best results.
