Redress Infotech

Redress Infotech is over at No. 37 on the second floor of the Happy Plaza Shopping Center. This is in the Gumarpura area. It is a bit of a climb up the stairs or the lift to get to us since we are not on the ground floor. Happy Plaza is a busy enough place with different shops and offices all mixed together. We handle IT and tech-related things. Our office is pretty simple. There are some desks, computers, and a lot of cables lying around most of the time. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. When you walk in, you’ll usually see someone staring at a screen or fixing a piece of hardware. Gumarpura is a central location, so it's convenient for people to drop by. We’ve been in this unit for a while. It gets a bit noisy from the street traffic, but once you’re inside the shopping center, it’s not too bad. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. We are just a small team working out of this space. We take on various tech jobs as they come in. There is no script for how we talk to people; we just try to solve the problems they bring us. It's a regular office where work gets done every day without much fuss. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations or anything like that. We just focus on the computers and making things work for everyone who comes through the door.
