We are based out of Shopping Centre 37, under the name Pc Expert Online Services Pvt Ltd. It sounds like a big title, but really we're just a small crew working in a modest office. The space at number 37 is a bit tight, especially when we have a lot of orders coming in. We've tried to organize the cables and boxes, but it usually ends up messy again by Tuesday. Our work involves a lot of screen time and phone calls. It’s not the most exciting job, but it’s what we know how to do. The shopping centre is a good location because it's easy for people to find us. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or expensive furniture. Most of our desks were bought second-hand. We prefer to keep our overhead low. Sometimes the air conditioning struggles in the summer heat, so we keep the door open to get a breeze. We aren't part of some massive chain; it’s just us doing our thing. Each day is different depending on who calls or walks through the door. We don't have any scripted lines to say. If we can help, we tell you. If we can't, we say that too. It’s a basic way of running things, but it has worked for us so far. We've been in this spot for several years and don't plan on going anywhere else soon. We just take things one day at a time here.
