Paras Tea Stall is a small corner on Mahaveer Nagar Main Road in Kota, right near the circle. We spend our days making tea and serving it to whoever stops by. It’s a simple setup with a stove, some large pots, and benches for people to sit on. Many students and workers from Mahaveer Nagar come here for their morning tea or a break in the afternoon. We also have some snacks like biscuits or rusks to go with the tea. The circle is always busy with bikes and cars, so there is a lot of noise, but people don’t seem to mind. We start boiling the water very early in the morning before the sun is even up. Making a good cup of tea takes some time, and we don't like to rush it. We use fresh milk and ginger to give it a nice taste. It’s not a fancy cafe with air conditioning; it’s just a local stall where you can get a hot drink and chat for a bit. Sometimes the weather is dusty, but we keep the glasses clean. We know a lot of the regulars who come by every single day at the same time. Running a tea stall is about being part of people's daily routine. We are just here, day in and day out, near the circle. We don't have a big menu, just tea and a few basic things that go with it. It’s enough for us and for the people who visit.
