We are based in Kota, Rajasthan, right in the 324002 zip code area. Everyone knows Kota is a big place for students and we are right in the middle of that energy. Our setup is pretty basic. We focus on technical subjects and helping people get their certifications or whatever training they need. It’s a no-nonsense kind of place. We have classrooms that are usually pretty full because there are so many students in this city. It’s not a glamorous job but it is important. We spend our time explaining concepts and running through examples on the board. The streets in Kota are always moving with students on cycles and buses. We are just one part of that whole scene. We don’t have a big corporate board or anything. It’s just a team of us who know the subjects well. We try to keep the atmosphere relaxed so people don't get too stressed out by their studies. Sometimes we have tea breaks and just chat about things other than work. It makes the day go by better. We have been at this for a while and we plan to stay. There is always someone new wanting to learn something. We just open the doors and get to work every morning like everyone else in the district. It is simple, direct, and keeps us quite busy throughout the year.
