Down here in Kota, at B-433 Indra Vihar, you’ll find Mbrass Technologies Private Limited. If you’ve ever been to Indra Vihar, you know it’s packed with students and coaching centers, so there is always a lot of energy in the air. We are tucked away in a residential-looking building, which is nice because it feels more like a home than a stiff office. We have our computers set up in a couple of rooms, and there is always a stack of papers or some hardware lying around. Kota can get really hot, so we spend a lot of time making sure the fans and the AC are running right. We work on various technology projects, mostly involving a lot of typing and troubleshooting. It’s a casual place; we don't wear suits or anything like that. Most of us just wear jeans and t-shirts. We know the local chai wallah by name because we order from him every afternoon. The street outside is usually busy with cycles and scooters, especially when the classes let out. Sometimes the noise makes it hard to focus, but we just put on headphones and keep going. We aren't a massive company, just a small team trying to keep up with our tasks. At the end of the day, we close the shutters and head out into the Rajasthan heat. It is a plain and simple way of working, without any extra fluff or drama.
