We are located at 4 S 1 in the Talwandi area of Kota. That is where Lightcave Technologies Llp operates from. It is a pretty straightforward setup in a part of town that most locals know well. We have been here for a couple of years now. The office is not much to look at, just a few rooms filled with desks and computers. We do not go in for any of that modern office decor like bean bags or pool tables. We just have sturdy chairs and enough light to see what we are doing. Talwandi is a lively neighborhood, mostly because of all the coaching centers and students around. There is always a lot of energy outside, which is a nice contrast to the quiet work we do inside. We usually start our mornings with a quick chat about what needs to happen that day. It is not a formal meeting, just a way to make sure everyone is on the same page. We are a small team, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. Sometimes the work is repetitive, and sometimes it is a bit more challenging. We just take it as it comes. We do not have a big marketing budget or anything like that. People mostly hear about us through word of mouth. It is a simple life here at 4 S 1. We just keep our heads down and work.
