Our Kota branch of Cyber Futuristics India Pvt Ltd is located in Flat No 4 of the R H B Colony in Ballabhbari. It’s literally a flat that we’ve turned into an office space. Because of that, it has a very different vibe than a typical workplace. You walk in and it feels like a home, but with more computers and office chairs. We have a small team here, and we mostly handle the technical overflow and specific projects that come our way. Being in a colony like Ballabhbari means we are surrounded by families and everyday life. You can hear kids playing outside or someone’s TV through the walls sometimes. It keeps us grounded. We don't have a fancy boardroom or a cafeteria. We usually just eat our lunch at our desks or go to a small shop nearby. The work we do is mostly about keeping data moving and fixing software issues before they become big problems. It can be quiet one day and completely hectic the next, depending on what’s happening with the systems. We don’t bother with corporate talk or big speeches. We just show up, do our shifts, and make sure the clients are taken care of. It’s a humble setup, but it works for what we need to do. We like the simplicity of working out of a flat in a regular neighborhood in Kota.
