Our office is situated at B 429 in Indra Vihar, which is in the Talwandi area of Kota, Rajasthan. Kota is famous for many things, but for us, it is just where we come to work every morning. Capgemini India Pvt Ltd operates out of this building, and it is a very straightforward setup. Indra Vihar is a busy neighborhood with lots of students and small businesses, so there is always a lot of energy outside. Our building is a standard plot, and we have converted the space into a functional office with several rooms for our team. It gets very hot here in Rajasthan, so we spend a lot of time making sure the coolers and fans are working right. The office isn't something you would see in a magazine; it has mismatched chairs and plenty of wires, but it is where we get the job done. We have a small area in the back where we keep a kettle for tea and some biscuits for the afternoon slump. Most of the staff are from around Kota, so we talk a lot about local things during our breaks. We do not try to act like a big corporate entity when we are here. We are just a group of people working together in a simple office, trying to stay productive and handle our daily tasks without making things more complicated than they need to be.
