Bhupendra Mittal

My name is Bhupendra Mittal and I run things from here on Balmandir Road in the city of Kota. It is a well-known road in this part of town. I have lived in Kota for my whole life, so I know the area very well. The shop is a bit old now, but it serves us well enough for what we do. We don’t have a giant sign outside, just a small board near the main entrance. Inside, things are a bit cluttered. I have piles of stuff that have built up from years of work. It might look disorganized to someone else, but I know exactly where every single item is kept. Balmandir Road can get quite busy in the evenings when everyone is out and about. We have a few regular customers who have been coming to see us for many years. They usually stop by for a bit of a talk as much as they do for business. I really like the social part of the day. We don't have a big corporate structure or any managers. It is just me and one helper. We handle whatever work comes our way. The weather in Kota gets very hot during the summer months, so we keep a couple of fans going all day long. It is a modest place but it is ours and we are comfortable here.
