Bhai Ji Soft Drink

We are right here in Village-Ramsara, just past the post office. Most people know us because we are so close to the Rajkiy Madya High School. It gets really busy when the school lets out and all the students come by looking for something cold to drink. It’s a simple spot. We spend most of our day just making sure the crates are stacked right and the fridge is running properly. Sometimes the power goes out, which is a pain, but we do what we can. My brother and I usually handle everything ourselves. We’ve been at this same spot for a while now. The road out front can get a bit dusty when the wind picks up, but it is home to us. People stop in on their way home from work or after checking their mail at the post office. We do not have fancy signs or anything like that, just a counter and a bunch of bottles. It gets hot in the afternoons, so having a cold drink ready for someone walking by feels like the right thing to do. We know most of the neighbors by name. I usually get here around eight in the morning to start opening up the shutters. In the winter, it is slow because people are not as thirsty, but we still sell a few bottles. But once the summer heat hits Ramsara, we can barely keep the fridge full enough. It is a lot of work hauling the crates from the back. We just like being the place where the village comes to cool down.
