Bhagwan Swaroop

You can find us over at Talwandi Mandi Yard at plot B/73. It is a busy part of the city, and there is always something going on nearby. We have been operating from this yard for quite a while now. The space is mostly filled with goods waiting to be moved out to different parts of the state. It is a lot of logistics and talking to drivers to make sure things get to where they need to go. We don't have a large team, just a few of us who know how things work. My day usually starts with checking what arrived overnight. The yard can get quite muddy during the monsoon, which makes moving things around a real pain. We have a small room at the back where we keep our records and a few chairs for guests. It is not a quiet place because of the constant engine noise and people talking. We don't use any fancy technology, just our phones and some old notebooks to keep track of everything. People come to us because they know we are always here at our post. We prefer it this way, keeping things simple and straightforward. There is a lot of satisfaction in seeing the day's work finished before we head home in the evening. It is just honest work in a busy marketplace and we have gotten used to the noise and the pace of it.
