Barala Hospital

Barala Hospital is located right by the Bus Stand in Chomu. Being near the bus stand means we see a lot of people every single day. Chomu is a place where people from all the surrounding areas come to catch a ride or do their business. Our hospital is a central point for many of them. It’s a busy building. There is always someone coming in or out. We handle all sorts of medical stuff here. It’s not just one specialty. Because we are near the transport hub, we get emergencies and regular checkups alike. The waiting area is usually full of people with bags, waiting for their turn before they head back to their villages. It’s a noisy, lively place. The staff works hard to keep things organized, but with so many people, it can get hectic. We have been here for years and the building shows some of that age, but it’s solid. We don't have any corporate branding or anything like that. It’s just Barala Hospital. We provide a place for people to get checked out when they are in town. Chomu is our home and we know how things work here. We just keep our heads down and do the work that is needed for the people at the bus stand. Sometimes the lines are long but we try to get through them as best we can. It’s just a normal day for us, seeing folks as they travel through the town.
