You will find us at F 243 on Rangpur Road, which is part of the Kuver Industrial Area. Since we are in Phase II, it is a bit of a drive into the heart of the zone. Being a re-rolling mill means the place is never really quiet. There is always the clanging of metal and the sound of heavy machines running in the background. The air has that smell of iron and oil, which you expect in a place like this. We have a big shed where we keep all the raw materials and the finished rods ready for shipping. It isn't a clean environment, and you will likely get some grease on your hands if you touch anything. The staff has been with us for a long time, so we all know how the day is supposed to go. We usually start our shifts very early to beat the worst of the heat from the mill. By the afternoon, the whole place feels like an oven. Trucks are constantly coming and going, so you have to stay alert when you're walking through the yard. Our office is just a small room with a fan where we keep the paperwork and the phone. It is hard work, but it is what we know how to do. The road outside has its share of potholes from all the heavy trucks, but we just deal with it and keep the production moving forward without any delays. It is an honest living.
