Sg College is situated in Gandhi Nagar, which is a busy part of Bellary. The address is quite simple to find once you are in the Gandhinagar area. It is a regular college where life moves along with the heat of the region. The sun can be quite strong here, so you will see many students trying to find shade under the few trees we have near the entrance. The gates stay open for most of the day as people come and go for different shifts. It is not a huge, sprawling campus, but it has enough room for everyone to get to their classes. Inside, the floors are stone and stay relatively cool. We have basic furniture, nothing too modern or fancy. Most of the staff and students are from around Bellary - 583103. There is a lot of chatter in the hallways during the break times. You might see a lot of motorbikes parked in a messy line near the boundary wall. The classrooms are straightforward with regular desks and chairs. It’s a place where people just show up, do their work, and go home. We don’t have any of those shiny glass buildings. It is just a solid brick structure that has been serving the local community for a while now. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so things quiet down a bit once the evening classes are over and the sun starts to set on another long day in the city.
