R.Y.M.E.College

This place is over on Kappagal Road in Bellary. R.Y.M.E. College has been a part of this area for quite some time. Specifically, we're focused on the Gandi Nagara Boys Hostel side of things. It’s a busy spot, especially when the students are moving around between classes. There is always noise, mostly from young guys talking or the sounds of the street outside. We try to keep things organized here, but with a lot of students, it’s always a bit chaotic. Bellary gets hot, so the afternoons can be a bit slow when everyone is trying to stay out of the sun. The building itself shows its age a little, but it has character. We don't have any fancy mission statements posted on the walls. It’s just a place for learning and living. We handle the daily stuff like maintenance and making sure the hostel runs okay. Kappagal Road is a main path for many, so we’re right in the thick of it. Sometimes the water heater acts up or there’s a mess to clean, but that’s just life in a college environment. We aren't a big corporation. We are just local people working at the college to keep things going for the next generation. It’s practical work. We see a lot of faces come and go over the years. It’s a community, really, centered around the hostel and the college grounds. We’ve been here a long time and expect to stay.
