Skillgram Llp

Skillgram is located over at Pratheeksha, which is Jayachandran’s place near Kallinal Junction in Kudassanad. It’s a small operation. We focus on skills and training, mostly just working out of this space in RTW Kudassanad. It’s not your typical training center with rows of computers and bright lights. We keep it low-key. A lot of the work involves planning and organizing different modules for people to learn new things. We’re right by the junction, so people in the village know us. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road if you don't have a bike. We spend our time figuring out what kind of skills are actually useful for folks looking for work. We aren't a big company with a HR department. It’s just us here. We handle the paperwork, the planning, and the meetings ourselves. Some days are quieter than others. When someone stops by, we just talk about what they need. It’s a very local way of doing things. Kudassanad is a good place to be based. We’ve set up our small office space within the house. It works for the kind of things we do at Skillgram. We don't have a big marketing budget. Most people just hear about us from their neighbors or friends. It stays busy enough for us to keep going. We've been here for a good while now and people know the name.
