Kanjirappally Marbles

If you head down towards E. S. I. Jnbharanicavu in Sasthamcotta, you’ll see where Kanjirappally Marbles is set up. We have stacks of stone all over the yard. It gets pretty dusty when the sun is out, but that’s the nature of the business. Moving marble isn’t easy work. It is heavy and you have to be careful with every piece so nothing cracks. We’ve been at this for a while now. Most people in Sasthamcotta know the spot. We spend most of our mornings just organizing what came in on the trucks the night before. There is always something to move or a customer asking about a specific shade of white or grey. It’s not a quiet place. You hear the sounds of the saws and the lifting gear all day long. Sometimes we sit out front when it gets a bit quieter in the evening. The location near the E. S. I. makes it easy for folks to point others our way. We don't have a big fancy showroom with lights.
