PULIYANNAVIL ANTONY RESORTS AND CONSTRUCTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED is a company we run out of Kanjiracodu. We are located near Kundara, specifically at the address of Antony N, Kalathepoika Maria Vilasom. It is a family-based kind of operation, which explains why the name is such a mouthful. We do both the resort side of things and some construction work too. It keeps us very busy because there is always something being built or something being repaired around the property. We’ve lived in this part of Kanjiracodu for a long time, so we know the area like the back of our hands. Running a construction and resort business at the same time means our yard is often full of materials and equipment like cement bags or tools. It’s not always the prettiest sight, but it shows we are working hard. We don’t have a fancy office in a glass building in the city. We work from here, where we live. We handle the projects ourselves and make sure the resort side stays functional for guests. It’s a lot of physical work, especially during the monsoon season when the construction has to slow down but the resort maintenance goes up. We aren't looking to become a giant corporation. We just want to do good work for the people who hire us and provide a nice spot for people to stay. It’s just us, doing our thing every day in Kundara. We take it one day at a time and try to stay honest.
