Fazza Information Technology Pvt Ltd is situated in Jasin Arcade at Karicode. Even though we are an IT company, we don't feel like those giant tech firms you see in the movies. We are just a local team working on computers in a regular office building. Karicode is a decent place to be based, and being in the arcade makes it easy for people to find us. Our office is filled with screens and cables, which I guess is what you’d expect. It can get a bit messy when we are in the middle of a big project, but we know where everything is. We spend a lot of time typing away and trying to fix problems that pop up. We don't have fancy break rooms or ping-pong tables. We just have a kettle for coffee and our desks. The people who work here are mostly from around this area. We like the fact that we can do technical work without having to commute to a huge city center. Sometimes the internet acts up or a server goes down, and we all have to scramble to get it back up, but that’s just part of the job. We aren't into big corporate speeches about the future of technology. We just focus on the code or the hardware in front of us. It’s an honest way to earn a living in the tech field. We might not be flashy, but we get the work done and that’s what counts for us.
