Ariya S R is located at a place called Aaramam, which is House No.15 in M P Appan Nagar, Vazhuthacaud. This is in Trivandrum, and even though the address says 691001, we are very much a part of the local community here. Our office is actually in a house, which gives it a much more personal feel than a typical office block. There are trees outside and it’s usually a bit quieter than the main city roads. We’ve turned some of the rooms into our workspace, with desks and lots of shelves for our files and books. It’s a relaxed environment to work in. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy lobby; if the doorbell rings, one of us just goes to see who it is. Most of our day is spent reading through documents and making sure everything is correct. We aren't into using corporate buzzwords or trying to sound more important than we are. We just do the work that needs to be done. Sometimes we take our breaks on the porch to enjoy a bit of the breeze. It’s a small, family-like setup and we’ve been here for a long time. People usually find us because a friend or a family member told them we were here. We like that word-of-mouth way of doing things. It’s simple and honest, and it keeps us busy enough. We just focus on the daily tasks and try to do them well without making a big fuss about it.
