We are a local business in Kollam and we have been part of this neighborhood for quite a while. Our office is basically just a room in the Akkavilasree building where we manage the daily operations of our properties. It is not a high-rise office or anything like that. It is a quiet spot most of the time, which is nice for getting work done. We handle everything from guest check-ins to making sure the grounds are kept up. It is a lot of physical work and a fair bit of time on the phone. We are just a group of local people who know the hospitality business well. We are not interested in being the biggest resort company in Kerala. We just want to do a good job for the people who visit us. Eravipuram is a friendly place and we know most of the people on our street. We do not have a team of marketing experts writing our stuff for us. We just write what is on our minds. We started this company to stay close to home and contribute to the local economy. It is not always easy running a hotel, but it keeps us on our toes. We value honesty and just getting the job done without making a big fuss about it. We are glad to be here in Kollam doing this work.
