Zensus Solutions Private Limited is our company, and we are out in Rajarhat. Specifically, we are at 3A Regent City, in Block-11 over in Kalaberia. It is part of the Matiaghata area in North 24 Parganas, with the pin code 700135. It is a bit far from the main city center, but we like the quiet out here. The office is a straightforward space where we handle all sorts of different technical solutions. We have our servers set up and everyone has their own desk to work at. We don't really go for anything fancy. The walls are mostly bare, and the furniture is just basic stuff that gets the job done. We spend a lot of time talking through projects and making sure we haven't missed any small details. It's a collaborative way to work, and it seems to suit us well. Outside, the area is still developing, so there is always some construction or new building going up nearby. We take our breaks together and usually just chat about normal things, not just work. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in West Bengal. We just want to do a good job for the people who trust us with their projects. It is a practical, no-nonsense environment here. We show up, we work hard, and then we head home. It is a good rhythm to have.
