Zencode Pro Infotech Private Limited is located over in Newtown, Kolkata. We’re in the Starlit Housing complex, specifically Flat-20/12 in AA-II. Newtown is a bit different from the older parts of the city, with more space and newer buildings, which is nice for an office setting. We’ve set up our workspace inside the apartment, so it has a very homey feel to it. It’s not your typical glass-and-steel office building, and we think that helps everyone stay a bit more relaxed while they work. We spend our days working on infotech solutions, which covers a lot of ground depending on what our clients need at the moment. There’s a lot of typing and a lot of looking at lines of code. We usually have the balcony door open if the weather isn't too hot, just to get some fresh air. The housing complex is fairly quiet, which is great for concentration. Most of us live nearby or commute in using the local buses or the metro. We aren't a huge company with hundreds of employees; we’re just a dedicated group of people who enjoy what we do. We don’t go for the big, polished corporate image. We just want to do good work and make sure our clients get what they asked for. It’s a straightforward approach to business, and it’s worked well for us so far in this part of West Bengal. We keep things pretty informal.
