Start with Kalagachiya. It's a bit quiet here sometimes. Thakurpukur has changed a lot over the years, with new shops popping up all over the place. We’ve been at Yuva Pvt. Ltd. for quite some time now. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad unless it rains heavily. Rain in Kalagachiya makes the roads a bit messy and the traffic gets slow. Inside the office, things are usually straightforward. We spend a lot of time on the phones and checking papers at our desks. It’s not a fancy place, just a regular office with desks and some old fans that make a bit of noise when they’re on high. We know the tea seller around the corner pretty well. He brings us chai twice a day, and it's usually the highlight of the afternoon. Sometimes we sit and talk about how the area is growing. There are more buildings now than there were five years ago, which means more noise too. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing. It’s not glamorous, but it keeps us busy. Some days are faster than others. When it’s slow, we tidy up the files or just chat about what’s for dinner later tonight. We don’t really do big meetings or anything like that. If something needs to be said, we just say it across the room. That’s how we like it here. It’s practical. No one wears a suit unless there’s a specific reason, which isn’t often. Most of us just wear what’s comfortable for the heat and the humidity.
