Yanika Solutions is set up in the Metropolitan area, specifically in Section A of the Co-operative Housing Society. Our spot is at 172 Metropolitan. It’s a residential-feeling area, which makes the work day feel a little less stressful than being right in the middle of a commercial hub. We have a modest office where we handle our daily tasks. It’s mostly just a few of us sitting around desks, working through spreadsheets and emails. We aren't the type of company that has a big sign out front or a lot of flash. We prefer to keep things quiet and just do the work we’re paid for. The 700105 area of Kolkata is where we’ve settled, and it’s been good to us so far. We sometimes have meetings in the local cafes nearby when we need a change of scenery. We don't have a lot of rules about how things look, as long as the clients are happy with the results. It’s a very practical approach. We’ve had to learn things the hard way sometimes, but that’s part of the process. We are just a small team trying to make a living and provide some decent solutions to the people who need them. It’s not complicated, and we like it that way. If someone stops by, they’ll probably find us mid-conversation about a project or sharing a snack during a quick tea break.
