We started this thing in a flat at Regent Park. It is on the third floor of Rohit Apartment. The office isn't big, mostly just desks and computers crammed together near the windows. Tapas Ghosh is around most days making sure the internet is working. Outside, the Netaji Nagar streets are always loud with rickshaws and people heading to the market. We spend our time fixing software issues or dealing with data tasks that come in. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit there waiting for the generator or talking about what to eat for lunch. It is not a fancy place. There are cables running along the floor and we usually have tea brought in from the stall downstairs in paper cups. Most of our guys have been here a while and know the routine. We do not have a big receptionist or anything like that. You just walk in and someone will eventually help you. We handle whatever tech work comes our way, mostly for local businesses or people who know us through word of mouth. Kolkata summers are really tough in a small office, but we keep the fans going and get the work finished. It is just how we operate here. We don't really do big meetings. We just sit down, open the laptops, and start typing until the job is done. The apartment building is a bit old, so you have to know which doorbell to ring. It feels more like a home than a corporate office.
