We are located at Flat No. 2C-2/8 in the Thakurpukur Housing Estate. It’s in the Kabardanga area of Kolkata. Xenitis Infotech Pvt Ltd is a small operation run out of this residential estate. It doesn't look like a corporate headquarters because it isn't one. It’s a flat that we have converted into our workspace. This gives it a very homey and informal feel. We aren't wearing suits and ties here. Most days, we are just in casual clothes working on our projects. The Thakurpukur neighborhood is quite lively. You can hear the sounds of families and the local market nearby. It’s a bit of a journey to get here from the city center, but we like the pace of Kabardanga. Our office space is a bit tight with all the equipment, but we are used to it. We know the security guards at the estate and the people living in the other flats. It’s a different way to run a tech business, but it works for us. We don't have a fancy website with stock photos. We just have our desks and our work. Sometimes the neighbors complain if we are too loud, so we try to keep it down. We are just local people trying to make a go of it in Kolkata. It is honest work and we do it the best we can every day. It's just us here in the estate doing our bit for the folks in this city.
