We are situated across the 3rd and 4th floors of the Arcadia Centre. The address is Premises No 31 on Dr. Ambedkar Sarani in Kolkata. Being up on those floors gives us a bit of a view of the 700046 area, though mostly we just see the tops of other buildings and the busy street below. The elevator is sometimes slow, so a couple of us usually end up taking the stairs if we’re in a hurry. The space is split up, so there’s a bit of back and forth between the two levels. It’s a busy building with a lot of other offices, so there’s always people coming and going. Inside Xavitr Technologies Private Limited, things are pretty straightforward. We have rows of desks and a lot of power strips. It’s not the quietest office because of the street noise, but it keeps us energized. We spend a lot of time on calls or typing away. We have a small area for lunch where we all sit together when we can. It’s not a polished tech hub; it’s just where we work. We’ve got some plants by the window that someone remembers to water once a week. We like the location because it’s easy for everyone to get to. West Bengal summers can be tough, but the fans keep things moving. We just keep at it, day in and day out, doing our bit without too much fuss.
