Woncomp Techsolutions (Opc) Private Limited is over in Block-A of the V.I.P. Enclave in Raghunathpur. This is in the North Parganas area of Kolkata. Being in a place like V.I.P. Enclave makes our office feel a bit more relaxed than if we were right in the middle of the city. Since we are an OPC, we are a very small operation. We do not have a fancy front desk or a receptionist to meet you at the door. It is just a workspace where we get things done. Most of what we do involves technical solutions, which really just means we fix whatever computer or software problems our clients are having. The atmosphere is quiet on most days. Raghunathpur is a good area, though the traffic on the main road can get a bit heavy during the rush hour. We have our setup in Block-A and it has been working out just fine for us for a while now. We do not have a big marketing department or a sales team. Usually, people find out about us because they live nearby or someone told them we could help with their tech issues. It is a lot of sitting in front of monitors and figuring out why things are not working properly. We do not try to make it sound more complicated than it is. It is just real technical work for regular people. We know the local shops and where to get tea.
