Our office is situated at 74/1 Chatterjee Para in Sheoraphully. That is in the Hooghly district, not too far from Kolkata but far enough to have its own feel. Being in a place like Chatterjee Para means we are surrounded by homes and local shops. It is a bit of a tight squeeze on the roads sometimes, especially if a big delivery is coming through. Wipro Ge Medical System uses this space to manage all the medical equipment details. The building itself has been there for a while and shows its age a bit, but it serves its purpose just fine. Inside, it is usually quite busy with people checking orders or talking to technicians. We don't have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. You just walk in and you are right in the middle of where the work happens. There are plenty of folders and equipment parts around the rooms. The humidity in this part of Bengal can be tough, so we rely on the ceiling fans quite a bit. It’s a very grounded workplace. We don't go in for anything too formal. Most days are just about keeping the schedules on track and making sure no one misses a delivery. It is a straightforward operation run by people who live nearby and just want to get the job done right. We just try to keep things simple and keep the machines moving out to where they are needed.
