We've been here at 13 Ground Floor on Elgin Road for a while now. It’s right across from PC Chandra Jewellers, so everyone knows the spot. Dealing with medical supplies and services means things stay pretty busy. Most mornings start with checking the inventory and making sure the paperwork is sorted. It’s not a fancy office, just a practical space where we get things done. The traffic on Elgin Road can be a bit much during peak hours, but we’re used to the noise by now. Sometimes it feels like we spend more time on the phone coordinating than anything else. People stop by quite often because the location is easy to find. We don’t really do big meetings or anything corporate like that. Usually, it's just us handling whatever needs to be shipped or scheduled for the day. The ground floor setup is handy for moving boxes in and out without having to deal with elevators. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a bit over the years, but our routine stays mostly the same. It’s a lot of manual work and keeping track of details. We try to keep things organized, though it gets a bit messy when a big shipment arrives. It’s just how it is in this line of work. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't, just a local team working through the daily list of tasks. We've got a few desks and a lot of shelving. It works for us.
