Welcome O T C

Our place is at 85, Metcalfe Street in Dharmatala. It’s a central location, so it’s easy for people to stop by while they’re out doing things in the city. The office is pretty basic. We have a long counter where we take in the items and a few chairs for when we need to sit and organize the receipts by hand. We don't go in for fancy decorations or nice furniture. There’s a big clock on the wall that ticks quite loudly, and we have a small radio that we play quietly in the background sometimes to keep us company. The street outside is full of shops and people moving back and forth all day. It’s especially busy in the afternoons. We handle a variety of items, mostly small to medium-sized packages. We spend a lot of time writing out tags and making sure the tape is stuck down properly on the cardboard boxes. Sometimes the tape dispenser jams, and we have to spend five minutes fixing it, which is always annoying when there’s a line. We drink a lot of water because the room gets warm during the summer months. We’re just regular people trying to keep things moving. We don't have a big corporate mission. We just come in, do the work, and hope the traffic isn't too bad later. It’s just how we do things.
