This particular Webfil Ltd location is out in Vill Nabagram, which is part of the Anandanagar area in Kalyani. It’s quite a bit different from our other office in the industrial estate. This one feels a lot more like the countryside. You have the Nadia district scenery all around, and it’s much quieter here. The office is a simple building, almost like a small house, located near the police station area of Kalyani. We don't have many neighbors, so it’s a peaceful place to get through a pile of work. We handle a lot of the local coordination from here. It’s not a place where you’ll find people in suits and ties. Most of us just wear what’s comfortable for the weather. We have a small porch where we sometimes sit and have our tea when the weather is nice. We aren't trying to impress anybody with fancy titles or complicated procedures. We just have our tasks for the day and we work through them until they’re finished. It’s a slow and steady kind of life. Sometimes we have to deal with power cuts or a bit of mud on the path during the rainy season, but that’s just part of living in Nabagram. We like the quiet. It lets us get our work done without too many distractions. It’s just a plain, honest workspace for our team, and we enjoy the calm atmosphere.
