Webfil Ltd has a spot here at R-13/1 in the Industrial Housing Estate in Kalyani. Being in an industrial area, it’s a bit different than our other locations. There are a lot of factories and warehouses around us in the Nadia district. It’s a busy place with trucks moving around and people heading to their shifts. Our office is right in the middle of all that activity. It’s a functional space. We didn't spend a lot of money on decorations because we didn't see the point. We just needed a place to set up our computers and handle the logistics. The building is older, but it’s solid. We spend a lot of time coordinating with other departments and making sure our schedules are met. It can be a bit dusty because of all the construction and industry nearby, but we’re used to it. We aren't the type to have long meetings about synergy or anything like that. We usually just talk over the desks and figure things out on the fly. Most of us take the train into Kalyani or live in the housing estate ourselves. It makes for a short commute, which is nice. We just show up, do what needs to be done, and try to stay out of the way of the big trucks. It’s honest work in a hardworking part of town. We’ve been here for years and we’ve seen the estate grow.
