Our Silchar office for Webfil Ltd is located on Gunomoyee Road in the Tarapur area. Silchar is a different kind of place, especially with the hills and the rivers nearby. We are right at Silchar-3 in Assam. The office is a simple place, nothing too special to look at from the outside. Inside, it’s mostly just us working on various tasks that come through from the main office. We have a small team here. Because we are in Assam, the rain can be quite something. There are days when the sound of the rain on the roof is so loud we can hardly hear each other talk. We just keep our heads down and get the work done anyway. We aren't a big corporate machine. We are just a few people trying to make a living and keep our operations going in this part of the country. We know the local shopkeepers and the people who live on Gunomoyee Road. It’s a friendly enough place. We don't use fancy jargon or try to impress anyone with big words. We just tell it like it is. If the work is done, it's done. If there's a problem, we fix it. That’s pretty much our whole philosophy. We’ve been here for a while now, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of life in Tarapur. It suits us just fine. Some of us walk to work, which is nice when the weather is clear.
