We are based out of Ichharur in the Burdwan district, which is a bit different from the usual tech spots you find in big cities. It is a village area, so things are a lot quieter and slower around here. We have our office set up right in the middle of the local community. Most people are a bit surprised when they hear there is a web company out here in the countryside, but we make it work. We have got our internet connection and our systems, so we can do whatever is needed. The team is mostly local folks who prefer staying close to home rather than moving to a crowded city. We don’t wear fancy clothes or follow any corporate rules. It’s a very casual environment where we just focus on the tasks at hand. Sometimes the power goes out when there is a storm, but we have some backups to keep us going. We know most of the people walking past our door every day. It feels good to be part of the village while still working on modern technology. We don't have a big marketing budget or a sales team. Most of our work comes from people just knowing who we are and what we can do with computers. It is a quiet existence, but we stay pretty busy with all sorts of web projects throughout the year.
