Our spot is located at 51, Badan Ray Lane in Beliaghata, which is a pretty lively part of Kolkata. W3Standard Technologies Private Limited is basically just a group of us working out of this office near the lane. Finding the place can be a bit tricky the first time because the lanes around here all look kind of similar if you aren't from the area. We have been in this building for some time and it serves us well enough for what we do. There is a lot of traffic nearby, but inside the office, we just focus on the screens and the code. We don't have a big reception desk or fancy decorations, mostly just desks and some chairs that have seen better days. Usually, there is a lot of tea drinking happening while we talk about projects or try to fix a bug that has been bothering us all morning. Being in West Bengal, specifically this part of Kolkata, means there is always something going on outside the window. We like the local food stalls nearby, and that is usually where you will find us during the lunch hour. It is a straightforward setup we have got here. We just come in, do the work, and head home when the sun goes down. It’s a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work somehow.
